We aim to ship within 1-7 working days of the order being placed, we ship via NZ Post for all Orders.
Orders can take up to 7 days for a domestic order, although we ship using an Overnight Service, and up to 6 months for the untracked international service.
In the event of the order being returned to us due to it being unable to be delivered, we will not be responsible for paying for re-delivery if you were at fault for incorrect address.
We are unable to change the address of delivery once it has been dispatched. If you have changed address before it has been dispatched, contact us asap.

Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns for undamaged goods / change of mind. We do not accept returns for custom items.
Please get in contact with us if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will try our best to rectify the problem. It is important that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.
If your items are broken in transit, we insist you get in touch with us within 7 days of your order arriving so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. If you are a domestic customer, we will replace the item if possible. If you are an international customer, we will most likely refund you for the item cost, but this is done on a case by case basis.
If you do not get in touch with us within 7 days of your order arriving, we may not offer a full refund on the item. This is also done on a case by case basis. It is very important that you check the parcel if you are giving the items as a gift before you gift them, as we sell fragile items and we may be able to rectify the problem.
We may accept returns for damaged goods depending on the situation.
Pick up is available, we will give instructions once the order is ready to collect.
