How long will my order take to arrive?


After our processing time (between 1-7 days to make and pack the items), the delivery time of your order depends on where you live.

New Zealand: 1-12 working days

Australia: 3-60 working days

South Pacific: 5-60 working days

Rest of the World: 5-200 working days

Please allow up to the maximum time of working days before contacting us about the potential of a lost order.

Current times have been extended due to COVID-19 affecting flights to and from New Zealand.


How much does shipping cost?


Shipping depends on where you are.

We ship using New Zealand Post both domestically and internationally. Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout. There are options for untracked or tracked internationally, all domestic orders are tracked no matter what.

NZ Addresses: If you are shipping to a rural address, please select rural shipping as there is an extra fee for this. If you haven’t selected the rural shipping option we will get in contact but may have to refund your order.


Can I change the address on my order?


If you have either accidentally put in the wrong address for your order or changed address after you have ordered, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.


Can I pick up my order?


Right now we are not allowing any orders to be picked up due to COVID.


What is your returns & refunds policy?


We don’t accept returns or refunds on items for any change of mind. We also cannot accept returns or refunds for custom orders due to change of mind.

Please get in contact with us if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will try our best to rectify the problem. It is important that you get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your items are broken in transit, we insist you get in touch with us within 7 days of your order arriving so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. If you are a domestic customer, we will replace the item if possible. If you are an international customer, we will most likely refund you for the item cost, but this is done on a case by case basis.

If you do not get in touch with us within 7 days of your order arriving, we may not offer a full refund on the item. This is also done on a case by case basis. It is very important that you check the parcel if you are giving the items as a gift before you gift them, as we sell fragile items and we may be able to rectify the problem.


When are you releasing new products?


We release products either monthly or bi-monthly (depending). You can always check our Instagram or Facebook for the latest updates.
Our next big restock is on the 13th of April. Our next custom item restock will be on the 18th of April.


Do you make custom items?


Yes we do! 

We can create one off Candles, Wax Melts, Perfumes and Body Butters and we can also create small batches of Soap and Bathbombs. Please note our batch sizes for Soap are 9 Bars and for Bathbombs they are 4 in our Donut Size. We will release a date for the custom item restock on our social media so please check that out.


We can also create small - large batches of products for gifts at Hens Parties, Wedding Favours, Birthday Favours and also for Subscription Boxes. Contact us here for wholesale.
